KINGS 12V CAMP SHOWER – $19.95 Review

One thing that can make a big difference to your comfort and enjoyment when camping (well definitely for me anyway!) is being able to have a hot shower even if you are out in the middle of nowhere.

Up until now I have only ever had one of those 20L solar shower bags which aren’t bad but the water flow is not more than a trickle and you need somewhere solid to hang it up. Not too long ago Jeff and I bought a Kings 12v Camp Shower from the 4WD Supacentre for $19.95 which is an absolute bargain (same cost as the solar shower bag). With postage it was $23.

We used it for the first time yesterday and made a little 2 minute video to show you how we went. Overall it was excellent value for money and we would definitely recommend it.

Warming up the water in a steel bucket on the fire. You can also user solar bags to heat up water or boil the kettle (or have a cold shower!)

This is Jeff’s debut starring role in one of my videos and let’s be honest, he looks way better with his shirt off then me!

Does anyone else have any experience with showers like this?? Would love to know what you think and if you have any more tips for us.

Hit us up if you have any questions.

Lauren & Jeff 🙂

mmm not so interested when people start promoting brand products, guess there is a $$ incentive which should be disclosed. Kings is cheap & you get what you pay for, the fridge for example carries a 3 year warranty. The more popular brands are 5 year.

Les, there is absolutely no money incentive, we just bought this and then thought we would make a little video about it. I promise you! We have bought so many things from the 4WD Supacentre, mostly Kings products, and we have had absolutely no problems with any of them so far. We have a 60L fridge, gazebo, flooring, annex, walls etc and all have been great (so far anyway). If we were ever to do a sponsored post I would definitely disclose that. Lauren
